8/10 Main Dishes:

Grilled Pesto Chicken Caesar Salad with Roasted Tomatoes and Burrata

Warm chicken and tomatoes in the oven at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Enjoy over salad with burrata and croutons. 

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spread chicken out on a sheet pan and warm for 7 minutes until cheese is bubbling. 

Grilled Flank Steak with a Red Chimichurri Sauce

I recommend warming the steak in the microwave for 15 second increments to not overcook the steak. Enjoy with chimichurri. 

Shrimp Tacos with a Corn Salsa

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and warm the shrimp for 7 minutes. Enjoy in tortillas (*make sure to microwave between two damp paper-towels) with corn salsa.

8/10 Sides:

Steamed Rice: Cover with wet paper towel & microwave in 30 second increments.

Roasted Market Vegetables: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Roasted & Seasoned Potato Wedges: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Panko-Parmesan Crusted Artichoke Hearts: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Spinach-Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Honey Glazed Carrots & Brussel Sprouts: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Veggie Baked Ziti: Cover with foil (spray with Pam first), bake 10-12 minutes. Uncover and continue baking 5 minutes.

Roasted Asparagus: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Asian Pulled Pork Buns

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, add 1-2tbl of water to the bottom of the pan, cover and warm for 10 minutes. Warm bao buns in microwave inside two damp paper towels for 15 seconds. Enjoy with extra hoisin! 

Chicken Yakitori with Charred Scallions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and warm chicken covered for 7 minutes. Enjoy with extra glaze. 

Lemon Yogurt Chicken Breast

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, pour over sauce, and warm chicken covered for 10 minutes. 

Greek Style Mahi baked with Bread Crumbs & Tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm fish on a sheet pan for 7 minutes.

Steamed Rice: Cover with wet paper towel & microwave in 30 second increments.

Sautéed Broccoli: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Roasted Sesame Sweet Potato Discs: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Grilled Summer Squash and Zucchini: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Baked Spaghetti Squash Fritters: Place in toasted 5-7 minutes.

Greek Style Garlic Braised Green Beans with Tomatoes: Place in saucepan on medium heat 5-7 minutes.

8/3 Main Dishes:

Ground Beef Enchiladas

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, cover enchiladas with aluminum foil (spray with pam first to avoid from sticking) and warm for 15 minutes. Remove foil and warm for another 5 until cheese is browned and bubbling.

Fajita Chicken Skewers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, (add some of the fajita sauce and a squeeze of lime to the bottom of the pan), cover and warm for 10 minutes. Enjoy with Tortillas, Sour Cream, Guacamole and shredded cheese.

Chicken Marsala

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, pour marsala sauce over the chicken, cover and warm for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Pan Fried Halibut with a Lemon Salsa Verde:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place fish on a sheet pan and warm for 7 minutes. Enjoy with Salsa Verde.

Hot Honey Fried Chicken & Biscuit Sandwiches 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spread chicken out on a sheet pan so it isnt touching and warm for 10 minutes. Warm biscuit sandwiches in the oven to 5 minutes to warm, slice biscuits and enjoy with chicken, hot honey, and pickles.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm shrimp for 5-7 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 and warm salmon for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. Alternatively, you can warm the salmon in the microwave for 45 seconds.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm steak bites for 7 minutes. Alternatively, you can warm steak bites in the microwave for 30 second increments until warmed through. 

Grilled Peruvian Chicken Skewers with an Avocado Aji Verde

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, add lemon squeeze and a tbl of water to the bottom of the pan, cover and warm for 10 minutes until warmed through. Enjoy with Avocado-Aji Verde.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lay shrimp flat out on a sheet pan, and warm in the oven for 7 minutes until shrimp is crispy. Enjoy with lemon-wine sauce. 

Wine Braised Chicken with Artichokes & Cherry Tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, pour sauce over the chicken, cover and warm for 10-12 minutes until warmed through. 

Lemon-Paprika Chicken Pieces with a Roasted Red Pepper-Feta Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, add 1tbl of water to the bottom of the pan, cover and warm for 7-9 minutes until warmed through. Enjoy with red pepper-feta dip.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, add 1tbl of water to the bottom of the pan, cover and warm for 7-9 minutes. Enjoy with Romesco sauce on the side.
