Thanksgiving Stuffed Chicken served with an Apple-Cider Gravy

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to the bottom of the pan, cover and warm for 10-15 minutes until chicken is warmed through.

Apple BBQ Glazed Chicken (or Tofu) Skewers served with BBQ Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to the bottom of the pan, cover and warm for 10-15 minutes until chicken is warmed through.

Marinated & Sliced Flank Steak served with an Orange Chimichurri Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm steak until your desired temperature is reached. 

*We undercook steak and fish by 5-10 degrees so you are able to cook to your desired temperature.

Maple Bourbon Glazed Salmon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm salmon for 7 minutes until warmed through. Alternatively, you can warm in the microwave for 30 second increments.

Steamed Rice: Cover with wet paper towel & microwave in 30 second increments.

Roasted Market Vegetables: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Lightened up String Bean Casserole: Cover with foil, bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Uncover and bake 2-3 minutes.

Balsamic & Herb Roasted Potatoes: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Pumpkin Ravioli with a Creamy Brown Butter & Sage Sauce​: Warm on the stovetop

Cauliflower-Parsnip Soup: Warm on the stovetop

Maple-Miso Roasted Carrots: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

10/31 Main Dishes:

Chicken Veggie Noodle “Stoup” Served with Biscuits

Warm the Stoup on the stovepot and toast the biscuits on the side. Enjoy!

 

Classic Baked Ziti

Preheat oven to 375, cover zitis with aluminum foil (spray with pam before cooking), and warm for 15-20 minutes. Remove foil and warm for another 5 minutes until cheese is bubbling and brown. 

 

Sweet Basil Grilled Chicken Served with Pesto Sauce on side

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, add 1-2 tbl of water to the bottom of the pan, cover and warm for 10 minutes. Enjoy with pesto sauce on the side. 

Blackened Mahi Sandwich served with an Avocado Puree

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm mahi for 7-10 minutes. Enjoy on Buns with avocado puree.

10/31 Sides:

Hawaiian Crispy Chicken

Preheat oven 350 degrees and warm chicken for 7-10 minutes until crispy. Enjoy with soy-glaze. 

 

Baked Coconut Shrimp (of Tofu) with Shishito Peppers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spread out shrimp on a sheet pan and warm for 5 minutes. Enjoy with Sweet Chili Glaze. 

 

Balsamic Steak Tips with a Peppercorn Sauce

Preheat oven to 325 degrees and warm steak for 5-7 minutes (or alternatively microwave in 20 second increments until warmed through but not over cooked) and enjoy with peppercorn sauce. 

 

Peruvian Braised Chicken with Aji Verde

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm chicken covered (add 1tbl of water and lemon squeeze) and warm for 7 minutes. Enjoy with Aji Verde.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm schnitzel for 7-10 minutes until warmed through and crispy. Warm sauce on the side and enjoy together! 

 

Cider Braised Boneless Short Ribs with Caramelized Onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, pour sauce over the short ribs, cover and warm for 12-15 minutes until warmed through. 

 

Maple Rosemary Pan Seared Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, add glaze to the chicken and 1tbl of water, cover and warm for 10minutes. 

 

Grilled BBQ-Bourbon Glazed Salmon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm salmon for 7 minutes. If you do not want to overcook your fish, put into a microwave safe container and warm in 20 second intervals until warmed through.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm the meatloaf for 7-10 minutes. Enjoy with extra glaze. 

 

Lomo Saltado Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, pour extra sauce into the container, cover with foil and warm for 10 minutes. 

 

Chimichurri Flank Steak Tacos served with Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm the steak for 5 minutes. Alternatively, I would recommend heating the steak in the microwave in 15 second intervals to warm but not overcook. Warm tortillas in the microwave between two damp papertowels for 15 seconds prior to eating. 

 

Tequila Lime Shrimp with Avocado Crema

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm shrimp for 5 minutes until warmed through. Enjoy with Avocado Crema. 

10/12 Sides:

Homestyle Beef Stew with Potatoes, Parsnips, Carrots, & Peas

Warm stew in saucepan on stovetop. You may need to add a little water if the stew is too thick. Enjoy! 

 

Honey Lemon Garlic Chicken with a Honey-Lemon Herb Vinaigrette

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, add 1 tbl of water plus squeeze of lemon wedge, cover and warm for 7 minutes. Enjoy with extra vinaigrette. 

 

Soy Ginger Glazed Halibut with Ginger Peach Relish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm the halibut for 7 minutes. Alternatively, you can warm the fish in the microwave for 30 seconds. 

 

BBQ Chicken Burgers with Slaw, Buns, & BBQ Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and warm burgers for 7-10 minutes. Enjoy on buns with pickles, BBQ sauce and slaw.

Buffalo Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, cover the shrimp and warm for 5 minutes. Enjoy on lettuce wraps with extra red hot sauce, ranch dressing and some blue cheese sprinkles. 

Chicken Marsala

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, add sauce to the container, cover and warm for 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can warm the marsala sauce in a saute pan, add the chicken, cover and warm until sauce bubbles. 

Penne Bolognese 

Warm bolognese on the stovetop (may need to add some water if the sauce is too thick), and warm on a low heat until simmering. To rewarm the penne, boil water and add the penne to the boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and add sauce. 

Moroccan Braised Chicken Skewers with a Red Pesto Dipping Sauce

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, add 1-2tbl of water and a squeeze of the lemon to the bottom of the container, cover and warm for 7 minutes. Enjoy with Red Pesto Dipping Sauce.

10/5 Sides:

Steamed Rice: Cover with wet paper towel & microwave in 30 second increments.

Roasted Market Vegetables: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Spaghetti Squash Parmesan: Cover with aluminum (spray top with pam), bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes, uncover for another 5 minutes.

Minestrone Soup: Heat in saucepan on medium heat until simmering.

Sautéed Kale, Spinach, Leeks, Carrots, Tomatoes, & Mushrooms: 

Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese: Cover with aluminum (spray top with pam), bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes, uncover for another 5 minutes.

Cider Braised Cabbage: Cook at 350 for 7 minutes uncovered.

Parmesan Roasted Broccoli: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Slow Cooked Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos served with Corn Tortillas & Pickled Onions

Preheat oven to 375, add 1-2tbl of water and lime squeeze to the chicken, cover and warm for 10 minutes. Enjoy with extra salsa verde, shredded cheese, on tortillas. *Warm tortillas between two damp paper towels for 15 seconds before eating. 

Garlic-Lime Pork Chops (or Tofu) served with Salsa Lizano

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, add 1-2tbl of water to the pork chops, cover and warm for 10 minutes. Enjoy with Salsa Lizano

Peri Peri Roasted Chicken with Homemade Peri Peri Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, add 1-2tbl of water plus lemon squeeze to the bottom of the pan, cover and warm for 10 minutes. Enjoy with extra peri peri sauce. 

Mediterranean Shrimp with Feta Cheese on the side

Pour Sauce into a saute pan, add in shrimp, cover and let the sauce simmer with the shrimp together. Sprinkle feta on top when warmed through.

Preheat the oven to 350 and warm steak for 5-7 minutes.

Alternatively, microwave in 30 second increments. Cover with a paper towel.

Grilled Hawaiian Chicken (or Tofu) with Pineapple BBQ Sauce and Slaw

Preheat the oven to 350. Add 1-2 tbsp water with a squeeze of lime. Warm covered for 10 minutes.

Pesto Chicken Meatballs 

Preheat the oven to 375 and add 1-2tbsp of water. Cover and warm for 10 minutes. Add pesto to meatballs once warmed. Do not warm pesto in the oven.

Pan Seared Branzino with a Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette

Preheat the oven to 370 and warm fish for 5 minutes uncovered.

9/19 Sides:

Confetti Rice: Cover with wet paper towel & microwave in 30 second increments.

Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Parmesan with Crispy Zucchini: Medium heat in saucepan for 3-5 minutes

“Crack” Broccoli with Lemon, Seasonings and Parmesan: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Spicy Stir Fried Cabbage: Medium heat in saucepan for 3-5 minutes

Sautéed Lemon-Garlic String Beans with Toasted Gluten Free Panko: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Honey Dijon Roasted Brussel Sprouts: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Roasted Butternut Squash with Pumpkin Seeds: Spread on pan, heat at 350° 5-7 minutes.

Sautéed Kale, Mushrooms, Leeks & Herbs: Medium heat in saucepan for 3-5 minutes

9/7 Main Dishes:

Mongolian Steak: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, cover and warm for 7-10 minutes. Remove foil and let the beef crisp under the broiler for 2 minutes. Warm glaze on the side, and then toss beef in warmed glaze.

Grilled Yucatan Chicken Skewers with an Avocado-Cilantro Puree: Preheat oven to 350, add 1tbl of water and lime squeeze to the chicken, cover and warm for 7-10 minutes. Enjoy with Avocado-Cilantro Puree.

Chicken Piccata: Preheat oven to 375 degrees, pour piccata sauce over the chicken, cover and warm for 10 minutes.

Miso Glazed Mahi Mahi: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and warm fish for 7 minutes until warmed through. Alternatively, you can microwave the fish in 30 second increments.

Lemon Garlic Chicken Pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, (add 1-2tbl of water to the bottom of the pan) cover chicken with aluminum and warm for 7-10 minutes.

Peach BBQ Pork Tenderloin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, add 1-2tbl of water to the bottom of the pan, cover and warm pork for 7 minutes until warmed through. Enjoy with extra BBQ sauce. 

Tuna Burgers with Sriracha Mayo

The burgers are cooked rare. If you want to enjoy them more well done, preheat oven to 350 degrees, and warm tuna burgers for 7 minutes. If you want to keep it on the rare side, microwave burgers for 30 second increments until warmed but not overcooked. Enjoy with Avocado Spread and Siracha Crema. 

Boneless Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, spread out tenders on a sheet pan and warm for about 7 minutes. Add additional hot sauce to your liking and enjoy with ranch dressing.

8/24 Sides:

Mac & Cheese: Cover with foil (spray top with Pam), bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Uncover and bake addition 2-3 minutes until cheese bubbles.
